UNESCO Office(UCO),in its capacity as the Licensse for the ICDL Programme in Libya, has appointed the Libyan Advanced Quality Assurance System organization as the ICDL Programme Local Bussiness Promotor in Libya effective May 15th 2007.

 On the basis of the above, centers are urgently required to deal with the Libyan Advanced Quality Assurance Systems (LQAS)directly for all operation dealing with the ICDL Programme.

 This includes,and not limited to,ordering of Skills Cards,sending of complted Skills Cards and database, financial transaction, requests for replacment of Skills Cards and certificates, any inquiries related to the programme,etc.
