Waatassemmu Charity Association which is the biggest and most active charity association in Libya, had its training center (Waatassemmu Information and Communication for Blind and Visually Impaired ) certified for ICDL training and testing .the center aim to introduce the ICDL for theblindand visually impaired attendees .
